The Long Range-Capital Planning Committee (LR-CPC) was a district planning group with a somewhat narrow, but very important charge. The information, findings, and options it developed were recommend to the administration and Board of Directors to aid in making future decisions relating to programs, facilities and property holdings. 

Committee members were asked to: (1) understand the complexity of the district's needs, (2) be able to review and analyze all options, (3) collaborate to develop recommendations, (4) serve as key communicators regarding the planning committee recommendations.
