2024 Proposed Bond Measure Timeline

We began with our Long Range Capital Planning Committee and their recommendation.

We then formed a Community Bond Planning Committee to work through the recommendation and start refining the priority areas of need.

These then underwent a cost estimation process based on that refined areas of need that allowed us to provide three options in which to poll our community.

Based on the community polling, we then were able to further refine the priority areas in regards to price sensitivity.

This gave us the most optimal package of $163 million bond.
